Mandarin (Citrus reticulata): quiets, especially so when combined with lavender
Tangerine (Citrus reticulata): sedates and calms
Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides): calms, focuses the mind

Add this blend to your empty roll on bottle at 2% ratio with your favourite carrier oil or add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner.
